Dr. Chen Shaomu is attending doctor of Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.

His research interests include video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, especially uniportal VATS for lung cancer and minimally invasive esophagectomy(MIE). He also participated some research programs of lung cancer and esophageal carcinoma.
