Erratum to LXA4 protects against blue-light induced retinal degeneration in human A2E-laden RPE cells and Balb-c mice
Erratum to: Ann Transl Med 2021;9:1249.
This article (1) titled “LXA4 protects against blue-light induced retinal degeneration in human A2E-laden RPE cells and Balb-c mice” (doi: 10.21037/atm-21-3390), unfortunately contains an error in Figure 7F. In Figure 7F, the image which selected to represent the dihydroethidium (DHE) staining in the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells of the A2E+B15+LXA4+siNRF experimental group was mistakenly labeled as the fluorescence staining images of the A2E+B1 experimental group in Figure 3A. After thoroughly re-examining the original datasets of the DHE staining results for Figure 7F, the data was re-quantified. Thus “N=4” in the legend of Figure 7G should be changed to “N=6”. The corrections are presented below.

Corrected Figure 7F:
The correct version of Figure 7, containing the correct data for the quantification of DHE-positive cells post BL illumination in Figure 7G, is shown below.
The authors confirmed this error did not significantly affect either the results or the conclusions of the paper.
