Erratum: The effect of TLR-4 on the proliferation and differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells and its relationship with the Wnt signal transduction pathway during bone nonunion
Erratum to: Ann Transl Med 2022;10:465.
In the article entitled “The effect of TLR-4 on the proliferation and differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells and its relationship with the Wnt signal transduction pathway during bone nonunion” (1), there are some errors in Figure 5B and Figure 6C.
- Two images of Figure 5B selected to represent the ALP staining experiment of BMSCs in LPS group and LPS + SP group were wrongly used. This mistake did not affect the results and conclusions of the ALP staining experiment in Figure 5B.
Figure 5B of the original article:The correct version of Figure 5, containing the correct data for the LPS group and LPS + SP group in Figure 5B, is shown below:
- Two images of Figure 6C selected to represent the western blotting staining experiment of β-catenin expression of HUVECs (β-catenin in 2-week group and C-MYC in 4-week group) were duplicated accidentally.
Figure 6C of the original article:The correct version of Figure 6, containing the correct data for the β-catenin in 2-week group and C-MYC in 4-week group in Figure 6, is shown below:
The authors confirmed these errors did not affect either the results or the conclusions of the paper.
