Abstract
Squamous cell carcinoma of the cervical oesophagus (CEC) is a rare disease (1). In adjunct, most of the prospective randomized trials, investigating combined chemo-radiation for oesophageal cancer, marginally enrolled (or excluded at all) patients with cervical localizations (2).
