Osteochondral lesions of the talus: are we ready for metal?
Abstract
The treatment for osteochondral lesions of the talus (OLTs) presents several strategies based on the type and degree of the lesion. The main factors to evaluate are the age of the patient, functional demands, the size and the location of the defect, and any instability or deformity of the ankle.
